Roadside customers rarely know how long the wait will be. Answering that well means knowing where the customer is, and where every driver is and whether they are free.

We designed and engineered a custom roadside app around how the operator actually works. Dispatch is built in: the app estimates wait times from the customer’s location and each driver’s availability and location. Customers request service and follow their tow inside the app. We also produce the brand’s short-form reels.
